THINGS TO AVOID


Avoid taking any prescription drugs such as AZT or any other drug specific to HIV application.

Avoid taking any glucocorticoids.

Avoid taking any medicine containing acetaminophen such as Tylenol, Co-Tylenol, Sudafid, Bromo Seltzer, etc. (see our list of brand names)

Avoid taking any products with aspartame in them. Nutrasweet, Equal etc. are examples of trade name products that contain aspartame.

Avoid using electric heating pads and electric blankets.

Avoid standing near operating microwave ovens, even in restaurants.

Avoid sitting within 18 inches of active computer screens or within 36 inches of active television screens.

Avoid exposure to household and industrial chemicals.

Acetaminophen drives down the glutathione levels in the body and can kill liver cells. Usually deficient, Glutathione is an essential antioxidant and detoxifier and low Glutathione levels are found in more than 200 diseases including all forms of cancer. We recommended eliminating the intake of any over-the-counter products or prescription drugs containing ACETAMINOPHEN such as: (partial list of US Trade Names & Trademarks)
